Canberra Advocacy Day

We had nine Union Climate Connectors go into over 50 meetings with federal members of Parliament and senior advisors.

Health Connector's short film entry!

A group of five enthusiastic staff at Magnetic Island Health Service Centre in Queensland, along with a few members of their local community have made a short film that addresses the issue of climate change - it's called Sick World.

Call for Climate Action

On Wednesday November 11, and Thursday November 12, 2009 Connectors came together with members of GetUp! to take part in A Call for Climate Action.

A crash course in democratic participation, those who took part were able to call our political representatives on the phone before they headed back to Canberra to decide our climate future.

Walk Against Warming
